Leadership

The General Assembly is the supreme decision making body on all matters pertaining to PRDO. It approves the names of the Board of Directors amends and adopts the PRDO constitution, determines categories of membership and gives direction to PRDO. It meets annually.

The board of Directors is of 12 persons, is a policy making of PRDO secretariat. The Board provides strategic direction for the organization and ensures that all programs, projects and operations conform to PRDO‘s vision, mission, objectives and policies. It is policy making organ of the organization. It meets at least three times a year and holds office for 4 year period renewable.

It is the main administrative and business organ of the Organization. It is responsible for the day today running of PRDO programmes and operations. The Secretariat is headed by a Programmes Coordinator. The secretariat shall be responsible for advising PRDO Board on programme and operational needs of the organization from time to time.
